these prob not healthy but v nice. Rub a teasp of musatrd powder on both sides of the chop. Lay them in a dish (I use a casserole lid) and rub 1 teasp of brown sugar on the exposed side only. Fill the lid with milk -to be level with top of chop but not covering it. Place in the oven at the heat for cooking pork for about 40 minSorry I can't remember the recomended oven temp for pork
